ctLibrary™
Free · iPhone, iPad & Android

Your important documents and notes, kept on your device — not someone else's cloud.

ctLibrary™ is a quiet, offline library for the files you need to find fast: PDFs, work procedures, emergency references, household paperwork, and your own notes. Organized into folders. Searchable in a tap. Yours.

No account · Works in airplane mode · Your files never leave your device unless you turn on sync

The everyday problem

The document you need is always in the wrong place.

It's in an email thread from March. Or a cloud drive that wants you to sign in again. Or a downloads folder with 400 other files. When you actually need it — in the field, in a meeting, with no signal — it's the one thing you can't open.

"Where did I save that vendor manual?"

Somewhere between Gmail, Drive, and Files. By the time you find it, the job's half done.

"My ICS reference is behind a login."

Field materials are useless when they need a sign-in on a different device with no signal.

"The note about it is in another app."

Notes app, group chat, sticky on the desk — none of them next to the PDF the note is about.

ctLibrary™ puts the documents and the notes about them in one organized place that works whether or not you have signal.

How it works

Three steps. Then everything is one search away.

A simple two-level structure — folders hold categories, categories hold documents and notes together — that you can shape to anything.

01

Bring your files in

Share a PDF into ctLibrary™ from Mail, Files, Safari, or your cloud-drive app — or pick files manually. It's copied into private storage, so it stays put even if the original disappears.

02

Organize into folders and categories

A "Radio Guides" category can hold a PDF manual, a spreadsheet, and your own troubleshooting note — side by side, where you'd actually look for them.

03

Find it offline, in a tap

Search runs on your device across titles, file names, and tags — case-insensitive and instant. Open PDFs in-app with pinch-to-zoom. No signal required.

Built for real use

A reference library that respects your time.

Useful the moment you open it — not after a 20-minute setup ritual.

PDFs open in-app

Tap a PDF and read it right inside ctLibrary™ — scroll, pinch to zoom, share, done. No bounce to another app.

Notes that live next to the docs

Type a quick procedure, troubleshooting tip, or reminder — and file it in the same category as the PDF it's about.

One search across everything

Documents and notes are searched together by title, file name, and tag. Filter to PDFs, notes, favorites, or a single category to narrow it down.

Import from anywhere

Share into ctLibrary™ from email, browsers, the Files app, cloud drives, and other apps — or pick from the device file picker.

Previews for common formats

Images, text, Markdown, and CSV preview in-app. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preview when possible — otherwise open with another app in one tap.

Works fully offline

Browse folders, open PDFs, search, and write notes with airplane mode on. No connection required after install.

Where your data actually goes

The honest version of "your data is safe."

Most apps say that and mean "it's on our servers, encrypted." ctLibrary™ means something simpler: it isn't on our servers at all. Here's the literal accounting.

Are my documents uploaded to CozziTech servers?Never
Does ctLibrary™ run analytics, trackers, or ad SDKs?None
What is the only thing sent to us, ever?Your email, only if you verify
Do you send marketing email or sell my address?Never
Is the verification code stored in readable form?No — SHA-256, 10-min expiry
Who can read my optional sync data?Only you — iCloud or Drive
Can I wipe everything, including my email?Yes, from Settings
Who keeps a ctLibrary™

Built for people who need the right document, right now.

Intentionally flexible. Here are a few shapes it tends to take.

Field reference

Emergency management

ICS forms, radio guides, channel plans, and the troubleshooting notes you wrote at 2 a.m. last March — reachable on a phone with no signal.

Work documents

Procedures & policies

The employee handbook, vendor docs, meeting notes, and the PTO instructions you keep re-asking HR for.

Household

Important paperwork

Insurance cards, warranty PDFs, appliance manuals, and the wifi password your guest always asks for.

Training

Manuals & forms

Course materials, study guides, and your own notes alongside them — together in one searchable place.

Frequently asked

Questions skeptical people ask first.

Does ctLibrary™ upload my documents anywhere?

No. Your documents and notes are stored locally on your device in private app storage protected by your phone's built-in encryption. The only thing ever sent to CozziTech is your email address, and only if you choose to verify it. If you turn on sync, your data moves through your own iCloud (iPhone/iPad) or your own Google Drive (Android) — CozziTech operates no sync server and can't read it.

Is it really free, or is there a catch later?

It's free. Verifying an email with a one-time 6-digit code removes the starter caps and enables sharing. There's no subscription, no credit card, and no paid tier hiding behind it.

What do you do with my email address?

Only verify it. We do not send marketing email, and we never sell or share your address. The 6-digit code is SHA-256 hashed, expires in 10 minutes, and is deleted once used. You can erase your email from the app any time under Settings → Account → Forget my email.

Do I need an account or a password?

No account and no password. You can use the app immediately on first launch. The one-time email code is the only verification step, and it's optional until you reach a starter limit.

How does search work — does it read inside my files?

Search runs entirely on your device across titles, file names, and tags — case-insensitive and instant. It does not read the full text inside your PDFs or Office files. PDFs open in-app with pinch-to-zoom.

What file types can I keep in it?

PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, RTF, CSV, Markdown, and common image formats (PNG, JPG, WEBP), plus your own typed notes. PDFs open in-app; images, text, Markdown, and CSV preview in-app; Office files preview when possible and otherwise open in another app of your choice.

Will it work with no signal?

Yes. Browsing folders, reading stored PDFs, writing and editing notes, and searching all work fully offline. Connectivity is only used for the one-time email verification and optional iCloud or Google Drive sync.

Can I lock the app with a password or Face ID?

Yes. Settings includes an optional App Lock — set a password and optionally enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock so anyone who picks up your phone can't open your library. Your password is never stored in plain text and never leaves the device.

What devices does ctLibrary™ support?

iOS and Android phones and tablets. Download from the App Store or Google Play.

One organized place for everything you need to keep handy.

Free. No account. Nothing leaves your phone unless you say so.
